The aim of Akasha Health is to provide a safe space for women, increase awareness about a healthy lifestyle and provide health services for the people in the communities.
Through Akasha Health people from all backgrounds can find a place to get guidance in topics like nutrition, hygiene and basic health as well as confidential support in cases of abuse and harrassment.

Akasha Care - Creating a Safe Space For Women
Gender-based violence is a human-rights violation which more than one in four women in Nepal are experiencing.
We provide a safe space for confidential councelling and support in the following cases:
Harrassment
Rape & human trafficking
Abusive marriage
- Any sexual, physical, mental or economic abuse

Health Camps
We regularly organize health camps in the communities that lack sufficient health services. Health camps are mobile clinics where the people in the communities can come to see and consult a doctor and other health professionals for free. In the past we have organized health camps in cooperation with Nepal Medical Students Society.
